Hi, I’m Emma Dean! Born in New Jersey, right next to New York City, I grew up in a very musical family, and was completely immersed in the magic of theatre and art from a young age. Starting with my first elementary school play, I absolutely fell in love with performing. I continued to do theatre all through middle and high school, where I was surrounded by a community of passionate artists, getting to do what we loved most. Whether it was an extravagant high school production, or a cozy, warmly-lit community theater, I knew this was exactly what I was meant to do. I decided to follow my passion to Ithaca College for a BFA in Musical Theatre, where I have been so grateful to learn from teachers and grow alongside peers who challenge and inspire me both as a person and artist. Now, as my education comes to close, I am so excited for what’s ahead!
